Holly Utt

I'm the Marketing Director at Atkinson Realty and Atkinson Realty Vacations, and I love telling stories of where we call home! I'm proud to be a local, and whether you're new or have generations of family here, there's something for everyone to love. Whether it's flying the drone (yes, I'm also a FAA-licensed Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot) over historical homes, meeting with our fabulous agents at their latest listing to develop a unique strategy, or finding new and exciting ways to bring vacationers to one of our many properties, no day is the same and each is even more exciting than the last.

I'm also a licensed REALTOR and bring that same passion from my day job to each transaction. Whether you're buying or selling, having intimate market knowledge, a solid marketing plan, and being able to quickly punch the numbers are integral parts of my game plan to get you the best possible outcome.

When I'm not having a blast at work, you can find me busy at home with my two boys and husband. We're very involved in our community and love to lend a helping hand as often as we can.
